If other candidates choose to run against any of the slated nominees, they have until April 23 to submit their names to the current PTA president by emailing abingdonptapresident@gmail.com.
The election will take place during the May 9 General Membership meeting, at which time there will be a voice vote for all uncontested positions. There will be a separate process for any contested positions.
